Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this resort was quite enjoyable overall. The spacious rooms gave a nice feel with their exquisite wooden work, though I found that they could have been better heated. The service was a mixed bag; while some staff members were extremely helpful, there were moments that struck me as politically charged. The location is quite solid for Pahalgam, being one of the best options available. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, as there weren't many tasty items on the menu and it seemed disorganized during my stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort, with beautifully decorated and clean rooms that made my time feel comfortable. The location is simply stunning, offering amazing views and easy access to local sights. While the service was generally good, I did encounter some hiccups with the dining options which could use a bit more variety. Overall, the value for the price I paid was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement in a couple of areas.
My stay at the resort was memorable due to its exquisite wooden decor and cozy environment, especially since we enjoyed a suite that was centrally heated—a must with the outside temperatures dropping to 5 °C! However, I found the service to be somewhat indifferent, which took away from the otherwise pleasant experience. The location is stunning, making it a solid choice for anyone visiting during the winter months. Overall, it’s good value, but improvements in service would make a big difference.
I recently stayed at this resort, and overall, it offered a cozy and clean experience with an amazing view of the Lidder River. The rooms, while well-designed and heated, felt a bit tiny and sometimes became warm and stuffy. The service from the staff was incredibly hospitable, making my stay enjoyable. However, one downside was the dining experience, which didn't meet my expectations during my stay.
My stay was pretty good overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, which was a big plus. I really appreciated the view of the greenery and mountains. The service, however, had some hiccups, and there were a few things that should have been ready before I checked in. The dining options were quite varied, but I think they could improve on a few dishes. I felt it was somewhat worth the price, given the great views and the nice rooms, but the initial check-in experience could use some refinement.
