My stay at this resort was quite enjoyable overall. The spacious rooms gave a nice feel with their exquisite wooden work, though I found that they could have been better heated. The service was a mixed bag; while some staff members were extremely helpful, there were moments that struck me as politically charged. The location is quite solid for Pahalgam, being one of the best options available. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, as there weren't many tasty items on the menu and it seemed disorganized during my stay.
